Phoeve Bertsia is a researcher at the University of West Attica. She holds a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of West Attica, specializing in Electronics and Computer Systems, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning (MDP_AIDL) at the same institution. Since 2020, she has been an active member of the academic community and the IEEE, serving as President of the IEEE UniWA Student Branch (2022–2023) and co-organizing or participating in events such as Researcher’s Night, IEEE Xtreme, and the Athens Science Festival. She has contributed to engineering competitions such as the Poseidon Formula Student and robotics competitions like the NXP Cup, where she was a founding member of the RoboWheels team. At the same time, she served as Head of the Electrical Subgroup in the Poseidon Formula Racing FSAE team. Her research focuses on the development of autonomous small vehicles and the use of digital city models to optimize autonomous mobility, combining AI and deep learning techniques. Her skills include Embedded Systems Programming, Autonomous Systems Development, and AI applications, and she holds certifications in MATLAB, Simulink, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Signal Processing. Her research interests include robotics, autonomous vehicles, vehicle intelligence, and sustainable technological innovation, and her future plans involve pursuing a doctoral thesis (PhD).
Kyriakos Kalafatsis is an undergraduate student at the National and Kapodistrian
University of Athens in Greece, currently pursuing a degree in Informatics and
Telecommunications. His academic interests focus on artificial intelligence and machine
learning, web and mobile app development, as well as computer architecture.




Panagiotis Kladogenis is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering student at the
University of West Attica (UniWA) and a researcher at the CoNSeRT Laboratory. His work
focuses on Virtual Reality development, embedded systems, and autonomous vehicle
technologies. He is actively involved in the Poseidon Team, holding various managerial
positions over the past three years, developing energy-efficient urban concept vehicles. In
addition to his research activities, he is also working in the IT and embedded systems
sector, contributing to projects related to natural gas facility installations. His research
interests include software development, network APIs, embedded systems design, and
autonomous systems




Andreas Kyrkiotis is currently an undergraduate student in the department of Electrical
and Electronics Engineering at the University of West Attica, Greece. He is the project
manager for the ‘Bedside Terminal’ project, aimed at improving the experience of doctors
and nurses in the ICU through an intuitive app for better viewing and managing of vital
patient info. His interests include machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, and
ui/ux design.




Effrosyni Varsou is currently an undergraduate student in the Department of Informatics
and Computer Engineering at the University of West Attica (UniWA), Greece. She is the
front-end developer for the ‘Bedside Terminal’ project, which aims to digitize ICU patient
information into an intuitive application. Her interests include UI/UX design, machine
learning, deep learning, and optimizing complex processes through advanced algorithms,
particularly in game design and AI-driven solutions
